Seana Scholtemeyer received her law degree from California Western School of Law. Following graduation, Ms. Scholtemeyer began her practice at a firm handling cases involving creditor’s remedies, civil litigation, receiverships, bankruptcy and appeals. Her experience collecting monies owed on behalf of creditors and lienholders affords her unique knowledge into the inner workings of debt collectors and provides an advantage in negotiating medical bills and liens for injured clients.
Throughout her career, Ms. Scholtemeyer has demonstrated a dedication to educating other attorneys. She taught continuing legal education seminars on judgment enforcement in California and co-authored an article in Receivership News entitled, “Using Limited Receivers to Accomplish Tasks.”
Ms. Scholtemeyer was admitted to practice law in California in 2006 and Arizona in 2013. Her current practice areas include personal injury, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, resolving medical bills, and negotiating liens on behalf of clients.
